At Manor Suites we believe in rewarding our tenants that believe in us. As such there are a few ways that you can earn free tier towards your rental.


First and foremost, the longer period you pay for the cheaper the tier is.

  • Most of our rentals have a main price per day but you save 5% if you pay for a week, 10% if you pay for a month and 15% if you pay for 3 months in advance.
  • Open land parcel rentals you will save 5% if you pay for a month and 10% if you pay for 3 months in advance. As well, on these parcels you can pick one house from the store by Dorian that will be gifted to you for free if you pay for 3 months in advance.
  • Note that these discounts apply every time you pay your tier in advance, not just on the first tier payment.


Also you can earn free days the following ways:

  • Refer a friend to rent from us and receive one free day for each week they pay for in their initial rental payment. So if their first payment is for 3 months you will receive 12 free days added to your rental. Just fill out a notecard with the following information and give it to Dorian Meredith. Make sure you title the notecard as YOUR NAME - RENTAL REFERRAL REWARD
    • Name of tenant claiming reward ( this must be the name of the main renter on the rent box )
    • Name of new tenant
    • Date new tenant started renting
  • Let us know how you found us
    • Send a notecard to Dorian Meredith stating how you found us, for example if it was in SL search or a marketplace listing.
    • You will be rewarded with 1 free day.
    • Make sure you title the notecard as YOUR NAME - FOUND
  • Take a picture of yourself or a friend in one of our rentals write a testimonial.
    • Send a notecard to Dorian Meredith that includes a full permission copy of the picture along with a brief testimonial about how much you love renting with Manor Suites.
    • You will be rewarded with 3+ free days if used in our advertising.
    • Make sure you title the notecard as YOUR NAME - REVIEW.
  • Enter the Manor Suites Raffle
    • Add Manor Suites to your profile pics.
    • Click on the Raffle Sign in the rental office
    • If you win, you will be rewarded with 1 free week
    • Make sure you send a message or notecard to Dorian Meredith to claim your prize.
