When contacting staff, please leave the following info with Manor Suites Support (rachelmeredith):


1. Your name (or name of the primary renter if it has to do with your rental)

2. Rental info (Skybox/Skydome ## – can be found on top of the blue menu of rental box)

3. The nature of your issue


This will allow us to address your issue even if you’re not online.

Contacting staff via group chat is not recommended, unless it is a basic question that other renters may know how to answer. The group chat is not always monitored, and will not count towards an attempt to contact staff.


Please note that messaging staff members directly may actually delay having your issue addressed as messages to our support bot get forwarded to all staff, while a direct message to a staff member may be lost, or they may not be online for some time.
